How to enable task manger when spyware is infecting machine.

Click Start, Run and paste this command exactly as given below:

REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

 

From task manager you can kill off whatever is causing you the problem!
